2. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly through our online store.

  • Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be completed before an order is processed for delivery.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information.

  • Heat Sneakers is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control.

4. Exchange Policy

  • NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery provided the item is:

    • Unworn and in its original packaging

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

  • Exchanges are only accepted for size or product issues (subject to availability).

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after an order has been placed, we will notify you and offer an exchange or store credit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platforms (including text, images, and logos) is the property of Heat Sneakers and may not be copied, used, or distributed without our permission.

Heat Sneakerz — Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Heat Sneakerz Affiliate Program (“Program”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By joining, you agree to comply with these Terms and confirm that you are legally eligible to do so.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have a valid bank account or payment method to receive commissions.

  • Promote Heat Sneakerz products in a genuine, ethical, and transparent manner.

Heat Sneakerz reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a Heat Sneakerz Affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote Heat Sneakerz products through appropriate and approved channels such as social media, websites, or other agreed methods.

  • Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products.

  • Not engage in spam, fraudulent activity, or any deceptive marketing practices.

  • Represent the Heat Sneakerz brand professionally and positively at all times.

4. Commissions

  • Affiliates earn a commission for each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link.

  • The commission rate and structure will be communicated through your affiliate dashboard or official communication from Heat Sneakerz.

  • Commissions are calculated on the final sale amount excluding discounts, shipping costs, taxes, and refunded or cancelled orders.

5. Payouts

  • Affiliates may request a payout once their commission balance reaches a minimum of R300 (Three Hundred Rand).

  • Payouts can only be requested for orders that are at least 5 days old and have no returns, cancellations, or refund requests.

  • Payments are made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the account details provided by the Affiliate.

  • Payouts are processed weekly, typically within 5–7 business days of the request.

  • If your balance is below R300, it will roll over to the next week until the minimum threshold is reached.

  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate. Heat Sneakerz will not be liable for payments sent to incorrect or invalid accounts.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a sale linked to your affiliate account is refunded, cancelled, or results in a chargeback, the related commission will be deducted from your current or future earnings.

7. Termination

Heat Sneakerz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice if:

  • Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behaviour is detected;

  • These Terms are violated; or

  • The Affiliate’s actions negatively affect the reputation or integrity of Heat Sneakerz.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions below R300 may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heat Sneakerz will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.

9. Modifications

Heat Sneakerz may modify or update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or through their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
